What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage electrical teams for residential and light commercial projects
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with NEC standards, local codes, and safety regulations
- Perform hands-on electrical work as needed to support project deadlines
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot systems, and resolve technical issues
- Manage project budgets, materials, timelines, and customer communications
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and training for electricians and apprentices
- Work collaboratively with other departments to meet company goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
What You'll Bring:
- Valid 02 Journeyman License (Required)
- 5+ years of residential electrical experience, 2+ years in leadership
- Strong technical and blueprint reading skills
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
